We reply to new inquiries within one business day. Once you're a client, we begin scheduling work orders as soon as they come in. Exact timing depends on the urgency of the issue and vendor availability, but nothing sits unaddressed.

Yes. We offer emergency plumbing and electrical services outside of normal business hours. For other maintenance needs, reach out during business hours and we'll get the right vendor moving.

We serve Upstate New York, Western Massachusetts, and Southern Vermont. If your property is outside that range, reach out anyway. We can often make an exception or evaluate your specific case.

There's a 3-month initial commitment. After that, either party can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No rigid multi-year lock-in.
